We invite you to visit Halocast where you can enjoy hundreds of PREMIUM video content. This service is exclusive for Telco customers.
To be able to enjoy all the contents of the platform without any limit, a subscription is required. In order to have access to this exclusive content, it is necessary to carefully read the following information and accept our Terms and Conditions of Use. Please note that this document is an agreement between the Halocast service and you.
By accessing and registering to use the Services, you agree to and agree to be bound by these Terms, as presented.
SERVICE DEFINITION:
What is Halocast?
VODcast is a powerful Video platform where subscribers can watch Thousands of videos like short films, social experiments, gaming, funny content, live TV and more!
Subscription and Collection Method:
To subscribe to daily, the user must send the word ON to 12022. For the weekly subscription, need to text the word ON7 to 12022.
While you are subscribed, you have the right to unlimited access to all the contents of the platform. Internet connection is required to enjoy and browse. Navigation may include additional mobile navigation costs. Also available with Wi-Fi connection.
To cancel the service, the client must send the word ONDOA for daily subscription, ONDOA7 for Weekly subscription and ONDOA30 for Monthly subscription to 12022.

1000 Tsh/Weekly

Responsibility Exclusivity:
The responsibility for this service is assumed solely and exclusively by the UNICORN company. The operator is not responsible for the content, advertising and service.

Jurisdiction:
Any relationship that is generated between the subscriber and Halocast by virtue of this promotion will be governed and arranged in full compliance with the laws of the country service is using, the subscribers waiving any other law to whose application he may be entitled. The subscriber expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may apply, leaving Halocast excluded from the arbitration process.
Interpretation:
UNICORN will apply any situation foreseen or not foreseen in these Terms and Conditions at its own conviction, being the only interpretative authority of the same, reserving the right to make any type of modification regarding the validity of the service, prizes and any other related situation. with this service; according to current regulations. The modifications may be consulted on the service website. By using the service, the user accepts these terms and conditions as well as future modifications that UNICORN makes.
Copyright:
UNICORN complies with the provisions of the Copyright Law in the Digital Millennium. We respond to takedown notices and have a policy of terminating service to repeat infringers when necessary.
UNICORN does not assume any responsibility for the contents of any sites to which there are direct or indirect links from the sites of Halocast. Halocast does not control these sites and explicitly distances itself from their contents.
Should contents be reported to UNICORN which infringe rights, Halocast shall exercise its rights to deletion and remove these contents immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights:
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will be considered as a transfer of intellectual property rights from one party to the other party.
The user acknowledges that all intellectual property rights related to the services, and any modifications of these, belong to UNICORN and/or its affiliated companies in which it was the owner, for which the user will not have any intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the services in accordance with these terms and conditions. You shall not (and shall not permit any third party) to copy, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, modify or adopt the Services in whole or in part. In addition, the user must not remove, obscure and/or otherwise alter the markings or notices on the widgets.
